The weather still might not feel like it, but fall is approaching…and what says “fall” like a local, fresh, produce?!
From 11:00 am – 1:30 pm on Thursday, September 20, join us in the Student Dining Room of the Marketplace for our Farmer’s Market! There will be fresh and local produce, apples, and apple cider for sale (cash only).
Also, our Chef Adam Lewis will be holding a live demonstration with seasonal Connecticut apples!

Our new Marketplace dish drop is up and operational! Not only does it look different, there are a few changes to how it works!
Recycling: Here is where you drop off any plastics or other recyclables.
Utensils: All your silverware goes here!
Before, you could dump your full plate in the garbage and put the empty dish on the conveyer. Now, the food stays on the plate! Use the trash receptacles for napkins, paper plates/silverware, and other garbage. No food!
Say good bye to the old way of disposing garbage…the dish drop is getting a face lift! There is some construction going on this morning in the Marketplace as our garbage drops are getting turned into garbage chutes!
The new and improved station will be open later today, so we apologize for any inconvenience for the time being!
Monday is National Hot Dog Day! Celebrate by enjoying a hot dog bar at the Beach Grill in the Marketplace! The bar will feature our delicious grilled hot dogs with your choice of gooey melted cheese, delectable chili, and a scrumptious sauerkraut. Join us for lunch and dinner!
