You asked, we listened! Food on Demand has been swapping in some new menu items left and right, and we’re here to give you a little refresher on what’s new!

A new week brings new items to Food on Demand!
Now on the menu are two new appetizers and a new entree!
As for the appetizers:
Fried Green Beans with Chipotle Mac Sauce
Deep fried green beans with a Chipotle mac sauce to dip in
Carnival style pretzel with Kosher salt flakes, served with a cheese dipping sauce
And for the entree!:
Fettuccine with Meatballs
Fettuccine pasta with house made Italian meatballs, served with marinara sauce and sprinkled Parmesan cheese

Thursday, October 25th is World Pasta Day…and we are here to celebrate!
Many students have asked for Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pasta at Sandella’s, and we can’t think of a better way to bring it back than by starting on World Pasta Day!
Marketplace is celebrating both at the pizza station with a chicken parmesan & penne pizza and at Chef’s Choice, where they will feature a customizable pasta bar.
FoD is joining in the action, offering penne a la vodka with an option for chicken! This delicious and popular dish will be on the menu for lunch and dinner!
