Health & Wellness Week continues with Try It Tuesday!

After the success of yesterday’s Mindful Monday, we’re moving on to Try It Tuesday!

Our dietetic technician Courtney will be in the Fireside Lounge from 2 pm – 7 pm with a selection of fruits that might not be number one on your grocery store list. Learn all about the health benefits of figs, dates, banana chips, apricots, grapefruit, and dry cranberries!
