Just a quick reminder of our different menus across campus today, all honoring Black History Month:



A Taste of Black History

Hometown Station: Southern fried catfish, braised kale, green bean casserole with onions, and Southern red rice

Chef’s Choice: Chicken Creole jambalaya, shrimp jambalaya, and vegetarian jambalaya rice bowl



Chef Asia Langley’s sautéed pork chops smothered in an onion mushroom gravy, served with rice and braised cabbage


Head to either location and enjoy some delicious meals!
