Today kicks off University Dining‘s semesterly surveys, and we want to hear from you!
From today (February 11th) all the way to February 23rd, we will have our survey tables out at the Marketplace and Food on Demand for both lunch and dinner (brunch and dinner on the weekends). Take a quick second and give us your thoughts, and get a king sized candy bar for helping us out!

Originally from Chile, Juan has been in America for over 40 years. He comes to us after 11 years at Southern Connecticut State University, six of which as their general manager. He is excited to meet all of the student body, and eager to become ingrained in both student and campus life as soon as possible!

Sandella’s has added two new options to its expansive menu – Power Bowls! These delicious items feature our “Veggie Power Blend”: a team of superfoods including kale, broccoli, carrots, beets, radicchio, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts! Each bowl is also served with a side of flatbread!
Our Mediterranean Power Bowl has grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, black olives, and our Veggie Power Blend, served with a scrumptious garlic vinaigrette!
The Mexican Supreme Power Bowl includes grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, red peppers, corn, black beans, red onions, and fresh cilantro, plus the Veggie Power Blend, topped with a lively lime dressing!
